I am on a retail freeze right now as I don't have a stimulus check from Mr. Rudd, and I will be in the land of shopaholics in less than two month's time. Call me patriotic, but I am going to stimulate my home economy for a change. The downside of that is I am finding myself to be very A.D.D. at work lately, with my old school iPod mini as the only effective medication.
Today the Po-Pod froze in mid-track and a frowny face iPod took over the screen. I tried Apple's 5 R's (Reset, Retry, Restart, Reinstall, Restore) to resuscitate the poor fella but the frowny face remains. I must have jinxed myself last week checking out prices for the new sexy Nanos and iTouch. We all know it's time for an upgrade, but I was going to buy one designed in California, assembled in China, and then shipped back to Californa. My iPod and I both have a frowny face.
